About Omoruyi Uwadiae
Omoruyi Uwadiae established his career focused on commercial growth topics, particularly sales and marketing, right after graduating from The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business, Ohio, where he had a full scholarship and majored in Marketing, Logistics, and Finance with a minor in Communication. His postgraduate education was at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois, where he received an MBA with a triple major in Marketing, Strategy, and Economics. Uwadiae got his MBA in only a year and a half while working full-time at Global CPG portfolio company.
A high achiever, his love of learning and working is reflected by his incredible academic achievements during his six years of undergraduate and postgraduate education and as a young adult. In high school, he was involved in track and field, men’s volleyball, and community service clubs and was also elected Senior Class President.

Uwadiae’s Work at Proctor & Gamble (P&G)
After graduating from Ohio State University in 2018, Uwadiae joined Proctor & Gamble in Seattle, Washington, as a Category Manager and Growth Analyst on the Amazon Customer Sales Team. During his two years in this position, Uwadiae orchestrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Brand and Product Managers, Supply Chain, and Finance for P&G’s $90 million beauty sector at Amazon, surpassing sales and share targets. At the same, he strategically managed marketing and distribution operations for over 200 new products, yielding over $3 million in first-year sales.
He also curated dashboards and dynamic models for sales Senior Account Executives, Directors, and other stakeholders, providing analytical business and competitive insights to enhance annual and three-year strategic roadmaps. Uwadiae partnered with the Analytics & Insights technical engineers to automate category segmentation using machine learning and artificial intelligence technology, with potential savings of 175 days of effort hours annually.
In 2020, Omoruyi Uwadiae became the Senior Growth Analyst for the CVS Pharmacy Customer Sales Team at P&G in Boston, Massachusetts. He was responsible for deploying advanced analytics, consumer insights, and direct front-line selling capabilities to grow P&G’s $72 million skin care category at CVS, including leading omnichannel operations for the launch of a new skincare brand. During this time, he began and completed his MBA at Kellogg part-time.
Uwadiae leveraged his expertise and skills to execute annual commercial go-to-market in-store and online product launches, gaining 1.3X national fair share at CVS through levers such as loyalty, personalization, and promotional plans. He managed and strengthened the CVS.com client relationship, optimized site KPIs and search functionality, and employed off-site media drivers, resulting in +50% online sales growth.
The Move to a Global Management Consulting Firm
In 2022, after completing his MBA, Uyi Uwadiae joined a Global Management Consulting Firm in Chicago as a Management Consultant in the company’s Growth, Marketing, and sales practice. His achievements for the Firm’s diverse clientele were many. By owning marketing efficiency and effectiveness workstreams and leveraging other proprietary solutions, he uncovered 10% to 15% of working and non-working spend savings through diligent analysis of $3 billion-plus marketing budgets for consumer, footwear and apparel, tech, and eCommerce and marketplace clients.
During his career, Uyi has collaborated with clients at a consumer beverage company using audience trends to test, measure, and recommend more than 20 campaigns to scale nationwide. He has also partnered with clients at a consumer company to achieve critical milestones toward significant growth and deliver millions in savings through transformation initiatives. He has also worked with a tech client to benchmark the company against best-in-class players and advise on an optimal go-to-market operating model to sustain potential growth ambitions.
Uwadiae’s other work during the two years with the prestigious consulting company included leveraging consumer survey and sentiment analysis, in conjunction with multi-market competitive benchmarks, to enhance pricing, loyalty program, and menu architecture of a quick service restaurant. He also produced content backed by consumer-researched and syndicated data for client proposals and senior leadership development projects across various industries like consumer, retail, tech, and life sciences.
